What is Service Contract Payment Plan (SCPP)?

SCPP makes F&I products more affordable by breaking the cost into smaller, manageable payments. Instead of paying the full price upfront in cash when purchasing an F&I product from your dealer, you chose to spread the cost over monthly installments, and the dealer will contract a customer into a payment plan agreement (see dealer for terms).

Are there different subscription levels?

VFI’s offers 3 different subscription levels to choose from vPortal, vMenu, and vRetail. Each level will unlock more features and capabilities. vPortal includes essential tools like Quick Quote and digital payments. vMenu adds a multi-column menu, interactive sales tools, and seamless DMS integration. vRetail offers the full suite – customer management, desking, remote FI, and a digital concierge – for a fully integrated retail experience.

How much does each subscription level cost?

Each option is tailor made, however enrolling in your store with vPortal is a no cost option for both agencies and dealerships.

Can dealers choose the delivery method that contracts can reach a consumer?

Yes, we have multiple ways to contract a consumer. Depending on the delivery method dealers can choose Email, E-signature, Wet sign, and QR code linked.

How do I change the purchase price on a generated contract?

If the transaction is in the following stage: Information, Coverage, Documents, or Payments, you can.
