Version 1.39
The release introduces lienholder editing at the transaction level with updates that modify organization-wide records and implements lienholder rules at Global Product Management level using conditional logic for plan visibility.
New Features
Document Management

Transaction Details Enhancements
Expanded Transaction Details view with comprehensive information display including deal information, payment details, and customer data.
Lienholder Management Enhancements
Enabled transaction-level lienholder editing with updates that modify organization-wide lienholder records for all future transactions. System displays address previews beneath lienholder names for improved identification, with edit buttons appearing on hover for desktop and persistently visible on mobile.
Implemented lienholder rules at Global Product Management level using “OR” logic for multiple conditions within single rules. System maintains plan visibility based on lienholder rule configurations (VFI-2568).
Data Validation and Display
Enabled direct date input editing for GAP product first payment dates, allowing users to type dates in addition to using the date picker (VFI-2626).
Fixed transaction list date tooltips displaying as “dateTooltip” text instead of formatted date information for Created and Last Modified columns (VFI-2737).
Document Formatting
Corrected waiver document formatting issues where signature and date fields appeared on multiple pages when document content exceeded single-page length (VFI-2588).
Configuration Management
Updated global lienholder queries to hide global lienholders when organization-specific versions exist, preventing duplicate display
Document Download Functionality
Created download interface for signed documents with proper button states based on signature completion status, updated layouts accommodating multiple call-to-action states across desktop and mobile
Menu Templates System
Designed Menu Templates interface for dealerships with vMenu access, enabling configuration of package lists and product ordering at dealership level. Created empty states, rule configuration interfaces, package management workflows with drag-and-drop product arrangement, and tutorial system for first-time users. Established clear separation between general layout management (Menu Templates) and detailed product configuration (Product Management) (VFI-2592).
